Terms and Conditions
Charges payable by the Zong customers, whether in advance or after availing the Services, shall include, but are not limited to:
a) Tariffs, costs, rates, installation charges, line rent, connection charges, equipment price, SIM card price, verification charges, Visitor Location Register (VLR) charges, and fees for value-added services and other charges as defined and communicated to the customer from time to time, subject to approval by the Authority if required by applicable laws.
b) Taxes, duties, and levies that are or may become applicable under relevant laws, rules, and regulations. The Operator will establish an initial appropriate credit limit for the customer. Call charges will be determined exclusively by the Operator based on call/billing details recorded by the Operator.
The following taxes and charges will be applicable:
- An Advance Income Tax (AIT) rate of 15% applies to every recharge.
- A Sales Tax (GST) rate of 19.5% applies to usage (if applicable).
